Membership Application Notes

• Applicants must carefully read the following terms. Clicking "Agree" indicates full acceptance of all terms without objection. Otherwise, please exit this application.
• Upon becoming a member, all submitted data becomes property of this application and Web. Members may not request data deletion. Account deletion requires payment for services used plus a HKD$800 administrative fee.
• Each member may register only one account,Each phone number may only be bound to one unique email account and All phone numbers must pass be valid and verification system. Account transfers are prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be terminated without notice and all data forfeited.
• This platform provides information search services. We manage the platform but are not responsible for member-posted content. Members are solely responsible for their posts and must comply with platform rules and local laws.
• We do not guarantee the authenticity of content posted by members. Users must exercise their own judgment.
• Members are solely responsible for any rights infringements and any privacy-invading in their posts. The platform bears no liability.
• Prohibited content includes illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, infringing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, privacy-invading, racially discriminatory or morally objectionable material.
• Promotional or advertising content is forbidden. Violations may result in immediate suspension of posting privileges or account blocking.
• Posting links to other listing platforms is prohibited and may be treated as severe advertising violations, potentially resulting in account suspension.
• We reserve the right to modify or delete member-posted content without notification or compensation.
• Our staff determines rule violations and appropriate penalties for actions disrupting platform operations.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or interfering with its design will result in account termination and data forfeiture.
• Web Version - Free Membership Reset: The reset period for free memberships on the web version is thirty (30) days, calculated from the first day of the free membership registration. Upon each reset, the member’s remaining query allowance will be restored to 1 of 1 queries.
